Samsung makes great phones. They also lose value fast once a new model drops — which is great news for you if you’re trying to sell before that happens. Here’s what you need to know about selling your Samsung or Google Pixel in Colorado Springs.

What We Buy

We focus on Samsung Galaxy S and Z series from the last five years. That covers a lot of ground:

• Samsung Galaxy S series — S21, S22, S23, S24, and S25 in all configurations including Plus and Ultra models
• Samsung Galaxy Z series — Z Fold and Z Flip foldables. These hold surprisingly strong resale value when in good condition.
• Google Pixel — Pixel 6 and newer. Think of it as the Samsung’s more refined cousin. Strong demand, clean resale market.

Older models still have value but expect the offer to reflect the market. Samsung A series phones are not something we typically buy — the resale demand just isn’t there.

What Affects Your Offer

• Model and storage — Ultra and Plus models with higher storage command better offers
• Condition — Cracked screens reduce the offer but don’t eliminate it. Be upfront.
• Carrier lock — Unlocked phones are worth more. Carrier locked is still buyable.
• Google account lock — Similar to Apple’s iCloud lock. Remove your Google account before coming in.
• Accessories — Original charger and box add a little to the offer.

Before Your Appointment

Do a factory reset and remove your Google account before coming in. On Samsung, go to Settings, General Management, Reset, Factory Data Reset. This wipes your data and removes the account lock. If you run into trouble, reach out and we’ll help you through it.
